Prints of artwork are complemented by adding a mat. Select the option to include a 2in(for US size) or 55mm(for EU size) thick mat made by Filotechno (quality: cream core, color: soft white) with your print. A mat gives an elevated “focused in” look to the artwork.
Remember that a mat will add to the final dimensions of your finished piece (so if your artwork is 16×20in, your final framed size would be 20×24in).

Artist's Inspiration
We had just moved into a rental house on the island of Aegina. It’s the biggest house we’ve lived in and it has an incredible garden. It’s on a mountain and it was the middle of winter. I spent about an hour looking for something to paint outside when I spotted this view of one of the lemon trees in our yard.
I thought this angle of the lemon tree with the house was iconic. Never living with lemon trees, I was happy to have them so I could study them and see them change throughout the year. I painted much of this painting outside, near the tree.
