A sunset casts a warm glow over a coastal town, highlighting traditional architecture and moored boats gently swaying on the water. A prominent church with a dome stands out against a backdrop of mountains.

This is a new commissioned painting for a collector from Aegina. They wanted something that would remind them of the main port. I decided to go with a warm feeling of golden hour. That is when I think the town looks really beautiful and memorable. During this time of year the sun sets right in front of the buildings.

I feel like I’m getting better at finding special colors that really sing and give off the feeling of a dream-like atmosphere. I’m so happy with how this piece came out and I’ve never been more excited about painting!

When someone hires me to do a painting, it puts a little more inspiring motivation behind the work to make something the buyer will love. If you’d like to hire me to make you a new painting, you can send me a message with your idea and then we can discuss details.

Custom orders are most welcome, feel free to ask for any item with any adjustment or anything else you want me to make. We can write something special on the back of the artwork or on a separate card.
