A tranquil landscape captures a coastal Aegina view at sunset, blending lush greenery with distant mountains.

The view from our house made us move here. You can see almost the entire western Saronic region. There are sounds of bells ringing from sheep herds nearby. It’s not uncommon to see hawks soaring high above in the sky. Every day we are blessed with sunrises and sunsets.

I woke up early one morning, just before the sunrise. I went out on the terrace and decided to paint the view. I wanted to capture the colors of the sky and the feeling that the island is waking up.
