A few days ago I just finished a new Aegina olive grove painting. It's titled "Walking in the Olive Grove with Toby".

Having a dog like Toby has brought so much joy to life. One of my favorite parts of the day is going on early morning walks in the olive grove. He loves to run up and down the rows of trees.
I started this painting outside but wasn't able to get that far before the light changed. I was observing the way bright sunlight landed on Toby's fur. Also, trying to capture the effect of seeing shade between warm sunlight.
